In Norway it's proving impossible to find Erfa thyroid 125mg/500pc that has a better best-before date than 31th of May 2017.

With the recommended replacement ratio for Erfa vs synthetic t4 that will lead to Erfa bought in January thrown out with approx. 400 tablets left in the box.

I'd like to know if this is due to a production problem so we'll have to adapt to this short shelf life for the foreseeable future?

The 125 mg pack of 500 will be discontinued in February 2017 and so far this is the last lot we have in stock.

This lot expires in August 2017.

We will receive in February 2017 a new lot of 100's with an expiry of 2020.

Erfa Canada has decided to only concentrate on the 100 size format.
