Jeg finner det ikke nå, men er ganske sikker på at det var på ERFAs sider jeg så det, men jeg fant en annen her :

How to switch:
When making a switch to desiccated thyroid, we have found two successful strategies when we work with our doctors: one, to take our last dose of T4 (aka Synthroid, Levoxyl, Levothyroxine, etc) one day, and start on desiccated thyroid like Naturethroid, etc the next, as explained below. The owner of this site did it that way while working with her doctor. Or two, a patient can lower their T4 dose in half, and start on desiccated thyroid. But it will be important to continue lowering the T4 with each raise of desiccated thyroid to prevent an excess of T4. Desiccated thyroid like Naturethroid is 80% T4 anyway!
It's not recomended to stay on your starting dose for more than 2 weeks due to the feedback loop. By 2 weeks into dessicated, you should have raised your dose.
