Hi Mary,

Long time no talk.

We are glad to be able to confirm that upplies of Thyroid for Canada are now definetly secured.

I just wanted to let you know that ERFA is now working on making "Thyroid" also available in Europe through a special prescription program called "Patient Based DataBase" driven by individual prescriptions for Thyroid Patients by their MD.

Any inquiries about this by overseas members of this forum can be adressed directly to me at gsondervorst@erfa.net. I will then forward the request to ERFA in Brussels.

Kind regards, Georges Sondervorst (President Erfa Canada Inc.)

Today

Dear Georges Sondervorst and Henri Knafo

One (of many) of our Danish users have purchased Thyroid from Canada, but the Danish authorities stopped the shipment, and only handed out an empty packet attached a letter that they must now examine whether the drug is legal and our user can be allowed to receive drug .

Our problem in Denmark is just that our authority for approval of drugs or to issue permits individually, is in fact the pharmaceutical industry's front office and they have so far denied permission to purchase not synthetic drugs for thyroid diseases.

The authorities' response is that Thyroid from Erfa is not approved in Denmark and the authorities are not happy with respect that Thyroid is approved in the European Union. There are referred to our Drug Administration does not "know anything about such approval." But we know it is not true.

We will ask you to help us find the right sources of evidence that Thyroid from Erfa Inc. is approved in the European Union. These documents should be available on Internet, but among the millions and billions of documents is almost impossible to find these appropriate links.

Can you help us find the right documents or sources we can refer to when we will once again try to get the product released to our user. He is very ill. He can not tolerate synthetic levothyroxine and becomes even more sick of it. Yet both our doctors and our authorities in Denmark are completely indifferent as long as other pharmaceutical factories are happy.

We hope you can inform us about the correct documentation for approval in the European Union and where we kan find it, or you can send it to us?.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Sincerely,

Ovners and admins of Scandinavian Thyroid-forum
