jeg fikk ikke merket og kopiert heller.
Men å lese hele siden via URL går bra.
Hvis man VIL kopiere siden så kan man gå om rediger-knappen og åpne i .txt og man får opp en txt-dokument som man kan lime inn i et nytt txt-dokument. Man tar vekk koden som hindrer en å merke og kopiere, antageligvis
<body ondragstart="return false">
<body onselectstart="return false">

Animal thyroid gland hormone for humans is mainly supplied as dried and powdered porcine thyroid gland. For animal thyroid gland hormone the term ‘natural’ is frequently used, from the idea of natural = good. This, however, tells nothing about quality, origin and composition of the above thyroid gland powder. In the Netherlands, animal thyroid gland powder has already been used for a long time in the treatment of hypothyroidism.
Thyranon (in 1987) have withdrawn from the market the trade-mark named thyroid gland powder Organon, beside the American Armour Thyroid in the Netherlands has been used there wrongly? labeled unlabeled (no brandname)(merkloos?) thyroid gland powder under the name thyreoïdum. There is no Dutch producer of thyroid gland powder, the thyreoïdum originates from the company Biofac in Kastrup, Denmark. Thyreoïdum is introduced into the Netherlands by BUFA/Fagron, importers of pharmaceutical products. This raw material is sold by means of the pharmaceutical trade, such as Brocacef and OPG, to apothecaries. Zi-nummer (formerly Knmp-nummer) of Biofac-thyreoïdum are 90000039,5 zeros therefore).
Thyreoïdum is a good alternative for Armour Thyroid because this latter one is only available with difficulty. Each apothecary could already order thyreoïdum as a raw material via the wholesale trade, to make capsules out of it, but since mid-March thyreoïdum has been, of course on prescription, and only as tablets. It concerns divisible tablets of 0.057 g (57 milligram). They are brought on the market by:
Fagron Farmaceuticals BV.
Hoogeveenenweg 210
2913 LV Nieuwerkerk a/d IJssel

Fax 0180 331111
The thyreoïdum tablets are not re-imbursed at this moment by most of the health insurance funds! This is of course a very bad matter. “Hypo but not happy” will undertake to do something here.
The proportion T4/T3 in thyreoïdum can vary of 2.3 : 1 up to 3.8 : 1, dependent on the batch. Within one batch of thyroid gland powder, the composition is constant. Thyroid gland powders in Europe must satisfy the so-called Pharmacopeia. This is a collection pharmacological standards, meant to monitor the quality of medicines. Thus, besides the European Pharmacopia several others exist (German, French...). Also, there are American Pharmacopeia (United States Pharmacopeia, USP).
Danish thyreoïdum satisfies the USP-standard. The most important objection of many doctors against the use of animal thyroid gland hormone applies to so-called 'instability': the quantities of T4 and T3 in thyroid gland powder would be divergent from that expected.
Investigation(as in asking around among patients) learns however that most of the users see nothing wrong with this aspect.
It can be individually stipulated at what ratio of T4:T3 people feel themselves optimally treated for hypothyroidism.
In the Netherlands every supplier of thyroid gland powder provides an analysis report.
The importer checks these analyses on the basis of random samples in it’s own laboratories. For each batch of thyroid gland powder the proportions of T4-T3 are calculated and quality is screened before provision to pharmacies.
This way, it can examine what proportions are then used in practice. Bad experiences with dessicated thyroid gland powder in the past, arise generally from inaccurate analysis and dosing. There are still no laboratory techniques with which required measurements could be carried out.

'conversion table' of grains to microgram
*)encloses Correct encloses is bijsluiter)/bijsluiter of thyreoïdum *)
It is already stated that people with hypothyroidism remain under-dosed, according to the emphatic statements of the pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Forest Pharmaceuticals, responsible for the 'conversion table', state that the functioning of 1 grain Armour Thyroid is similar to 100 mcg T4.
Experience teaches that this is somewhat on the tight side. Also a simple ‘rack’ sum shows this:
The biological functioning of T3 is commonly considered to be 4 x stronger than those of T4. One grain Armour Thyroid contain 38 mcg T4 + 9 mcg T3 = 38 + 4 x 9 = 74 mcg T4...
For this reason it is more correct to state that the functioning of 1 grain Armour Thyroid is more likely similar to the range 74 ~ 100 mcg T4.
