110/72 is normal for many people. 148/98 isn't though - it is high. The BPs/pulses all look better now. Slow weaning of HC is very important - very slow. You will need a cortisol test at some point. One of my recent blogs shows how to use a saliva test for cortisol when still on HC. You need a thermometer!!!
