Re: Sv: Hello Paul! I have some questions I hope you have time to answer.
Vigdis I'd like to see your BP,heart rate, body temperature and main symptoms being recorded in your daily notebook with the exact natural thyroid dosing you are using. Record these every day. Sometimes it is necessary to take 3-5 sets of readings to really understand how things change over a day. Don't be fooled just by how you are feeling - symptoms sometimes lie. Getting the BP/heart rate and temp readings is very important when combined with symptoms.
Sometime over the next few days you could post some results here for me/others to look at - they will see also what I mean by recording then. When you post any results also precede it with: get up time; thyroid medication doses and times as I have already discussed - then all the useful information is available.• The author of 'Recovering With T3 My Journey from Hypothyroidism to Good Health Using the T3 Thyroid Hormone' discovered he was hypothyroid over twenty years ago.
• Don't give up hope. There are solutions that work. Please explore this website and it will provide many new ideas for you to consider.
