.... others may have given you similar feedback about nausea. I started CT3M with a very small dose at about 1½ hours before normal waking time but always became nauseous within a few minutes – and it lasted for several hours after waking. However, I persisted because adrenal supplements made me feel "wired" once I started CT3M so I knew it must be working.

.... this nausea continued even when I moved back to 2 hours and then 2½ hours. It was ONLY when I then jumped to 3½ and then 4 hours before waking time that this immediate nausea stopped. Yes, I do have fairly serious adrenal issues.

You do state that those with more serious adrenal issues will need to take the circadian dose 3-4 hours before getting up but what I would like is to see a warning that - for such people - there may be nausea when working backwards to the 3-4 hour time. This might encourage some people to work more quickly backwards as I did.

I am wondering how many just gave up, instead? Those of us with serious adrenal issues need CT3M the most and there is not really any other way to rebuild the adrenal glands (except perhaps the herbal tincture rhodioloa rosea, which works for my partner but unfortunately not for me, and a pipette-full can be rubbed onto torso skin for those who don’t feel like taking yet more pills, tablets and capsules).

Oh yes, throughout 20 years all of my standard lab tests showed "normal"!

Once again, thank you for your book and for inventing CT3M (brilliant!). I relished your careful logic throughout. When I first read your book, I thought you were too careful and too pedantic in your approach to T3. After a couple of disastrous initial weeks, I re-read your book and appreciated every millimeter of your caution.
