Dear Sonjas,

I am happy that the article is going to be helpful. I gladly give you permission to translate and republish freely with credit to me and Breast Cancer Choices (and the translator’s name should go there too).

It was a grave error, I believe, many years ago when the various European government health agencies decided to reduce the natural amount of Vitamin D3 allowed in bottled cod liver oil and limit the amount in pills, especially since the synthetic form, D2 was patented and added to grocery and dairy foods in poorly controlled amounts that were often toxic to small children who cannot metabolize it (but they have no problem with natural D3!)

Now, with CODEX Alimentarius implemented, there is even greater difficulty for the average European consumer to get adequate amount of D3 from grocery food, and almost impossible to get therapeutic amount of Vitamin D3 from a vitamin shop.

As a nutritional health practitioner I have seen strong improvement in many of my clients with thyroid disease when they take 10,000 I.U. of D3 for at least six weeks, supplement with iodine, and avoid fluoridated water and toothpaste.

Our medical researchers here have such a blind spot about fluoride toxicity especially to the thyroid. The medical and scientific evidence of harm “waves its arms, shouts and flashes fireworks at them” and they still don’t pay attention.

Even though most of Europe and Scandinavian countries have rejected water fluoridation on grounds of ethics and failure to benefit dental heath as claimed, there is still the belief in many doctors and dentists that fluoride in any amount is good for teeth and otherwise pretty harmless.

You may give my email contact to people who ask for it.

Thank you for helping to share the information!

Sincerely,
