FIRST WORLD REGISTER OF COUNTEREXAMPLES TO T4-ONLY THERAPY.

This short, but extremely important survey is applicable only to those of you who continued to suffer symptoms on T4-only therapy, and who found those symptoms were mitigated or disappeared once you were started on a T3 hormone containing product.

The Register of counterexamples will be used to draw to the attention of those responsible authorities throughout the world, the dire need for an urgent re-examination of the existing protocol for the diagnosis and management of the symptoms of hypothyroidism and challenge those studies previously undertaken (900 participants) that concluded that T4/T3 combination worked no better than T4-only.

Counterexamples prove incontrovertibly that endocrinology's stance is dangerously wrong. Doctor's continuance of practising in line with the T4-only treatment diktat for all sufferers of the symptoms of hypothyroidism is pernicious. The number of patient counterexamples, at the present time, stands at 1785.

A counterexample is a situation which fits the concept or premise of an idea but produces a different result. To be responsible, a scientist who finds a counterexample to his idea, must limit or abandon his idea as unworkable or not reliable. The T4-therapy does not work for all.

Thanks for your great work, despite a response that could easily be larger. Unfortunately, the disease specificity paralyzes both, initiative and battle ability of patients, while salaried physicians and medical organizations have plenty of time and resources to maintain their treatment policy, regardless of how many patients it hits and damages.

Thanks for responding Sonjas Stoffskifteforum. I have rather neglected to get the message out recently regarding this register as I have been so busy on other things, but felt the need to start collecting names again. I need to keep this running as long as possible to collect as many counterexamples as we can, because this is one case where numbers really DO matter. I too would have thought we would have had a much greater response, but it is always the same with thyroid patients I have found out. However, onwards and upwards and thanks for all the help you have given us so far.

Ja, der er svaret! xx9 Forhåbentlig så mange som muligt overvinder hypothyreose-passivitet og energiløshed, og besvarer denne spørgeundersøgelse. Uanset nylig syge, eller Levaxin-syge, eller folk som anser dem selv for velbehandlede - er det (som regel) kun spørgsmål om tid, sædvanligvis senest omkring overgangsalderen - hvor hypothyreose igen tager fat i struben på dem, der ellers troede de var velregulerede...

... tag derfor og besvar denne spørgeundersøgelse, så antallet af henvendelser stiger, og med det stiger også vores chancer - den dag det igen går galt!

Det kan godt være, at man kan vænne sig til alt, så grundigt at man ikke længere kan skelne mellem f.eks. sygdommens effekt på helsen, eller alderens. Men det er og forbliver en kendsgerning, at patienter i Levaxin-behandling er aldrig og aldrig bliver sikret mod tilbagefald, særlig de "autoimmune", så selv om du kun er 25, 35 eller kun 45 år gammel og der er mange år endnu til du bliver gammel - tag og besvar denne spørgeundersøgelse allerede nu....

.... så måske får du/vi en chance senere.

Det hadde vel gått an å lage et norsk opprop også, via f.eks. opprop.no ? Der kunne det jo blitt en underskriftskampanje fra alle som ønsker seg et alternativ til Levaxin, ikke bare oss som har fått det.
